Department R – Art

  1. General Rules & Regulations

    1. Framed artwork must be ready to hang.

    2. Matted artwork must have a secure hanger for display.

    3. Artwork must not exceed a 24" diagonal measurement.

    4. No paint by number entries, except as noted.

    5. Professional

      1. Individual who has had professional art training

      2. Teaches art

      3. Belongs to a professional arts organization

      4. Regularly earns more than $150 annually in the arts

    6. Amateur

      1. Individual who paints for pleasure
