Exhibit must be entered on a wire or plastic hanger with a hook that turns.
Exhibit must be hand or machine sewn by exhibitor since August 1 of previous year.
Exhibit must be be clean with “new” appearance.
Judging criteria
1. Workmanship
2. Result of the method used, not the method itself
3. Coordination of the pattern, fabric, notions, etc
4. Overall appearance, cleanliness
5. Creativity
