All booths/banners must be constructed to stand for 6 days.
Mechanical or electrical parts of the booth should be designed to run continuously (an extension cord must be provided).
Enter booths and banners under the 4-H Club/FFA chapter name.
Booths
Each 4-H club/FFA chapter can enter 1 booth.
Each year 4-H/FFA booth will have a theme. Please contact the extension educator for more information.
Size
Exterior booth dimensions must be 47" wide x 36" deep x 22" high.
The back of the booth must be 47" wide and 22" high.
The bottom of the booth must be 47" wide and 36" deep.
The sides must be in the shape of a right triangle using the following dimensions of 22" high, 36" deep and 48" wide.
The contents of the booth may not exceed the dimensions listed above.
Nothing in the booth may be taller than the sides of the booth where the item is placed.
Items must be secured to the booth. Ag Expo is not responsible for theft or damage.
The club or chapter name must be a prominent part of the booth as well as the 4-H Clover/FFA Emblem.
Booths must include an “AA Statement” somewhere in the booth.
The club name, address, city, county, club leader's name, address and phone number must be clearly printed on a card and securely attached to the back side of the booth in the upper right corner.
Booths will be judged on their own merit using the Danish system.
Awards
Ribbons and premiums will be awarded to each exhibit.
2 champion booths will be selected to go to the Maryland State Fair and each will receive a rosett
4-H Club and FFA Chapter Banners
Banner may be constructed of any type of durable material with any type of application that can be folded or rolled.
Design must be on one side only.
Each year 4-H/FFA banners will have a theme. Please contact the extension educator for more information.
Banners must be 50 inches wide and 30 inches high.
Banners must be constructed to hang on a rod or pole no longer than 56 inches long provided by the exhibitor.
The club or chapter name must be a prominent part of the banner as well as the 4-H clover/FFA emblem.
Banners will be judged using the same criteria and point system as for booths.
All 1st place banners are eligible for Maryland State Fair.
The club name, city, county, club leader's name, address and phone number and AA Statement must be clearly printed on a card and securely attached to the back side of the banner.
