Admission Policy and the Issuance and Selling of Passes

Exhibitor and Non-Exhibitor passes may be purchased on Thursday, July 15, 2010 from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, July 16, 2010 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM in Building 2. Non-Exhibitor passes may also be purchased at the Gate.


All passes will be designed and approved by the Washington County Agricultural Organization and issued thru the Treasurer’s office. There will be three (3) types of passes:

  1. $10.00 Gate Admission Pass weekly revenue admission passes for the duration of the Ag Expo and Fair. This pass excludes track events.
  2. $10.00 4-H/FFA Gate & Event Pass weekly revenue admission passes for the duration of the Ag Expo and Fair. This Pass includes track events.
  3. $50.00 Gate & Event Pass weekly revenue admission passes for Ag Expo and Fair. This pass includes gate and track event admission.

General Admission to the Fairgrounds – $2.00 for one day only. Track events are excluded.

  • Each 4-H exhibitor (regardless of the number of exhibits) is entitled to purchase one (1) 4-H/FFA Gate & Event Pass at $10.00 each. Each 4-H/FFA exhibitor must purchase and sign for the pass. No pass may be purchased on behalf of the 4-H/FFA exhibitor.
  • All 4-H/FFA exhibitors must be pre-registered and their name must appear on the registration list. Validation of the exhibit display is required before a pass may be purchased. Such validation will be explained when the exhibit is displayed.
  • Each Open Class exhibitor (regardless of the number of exhibits) may purchase as many as they wish of the Gate Admission Pass at $10.00.
  • Individuals who pay to enter the Ag Expo and have to leave and return the same day must stop at the gate and receive a readmission validation.
  • All campers and RV’s must be registered with the Fair Office. (Please see parking information at the bottom of this page).
  • All livestock exhibitors and vendors must park their vehicles in the Exhibitor’s Parking Lot A, located behind the Main Exhibition Hall. Parking passes must be displayed in the window at all times. (Please see parking information at the bottom of this page).
  • Antique Auto Exhibitors

    The driver and one passenger in the antique auto will be admitted free during the period one (1) hour before the show start time (1:00-5:00 PM). Any additional individuals in the antique auto will be required to pay the gate entry fee.

  • Tractor and Truck Pullers

    All tractor and truck pullers will be charged the gate entry fee. When they register their pulling unit they may receive a credit for the gate entry fee.

The above policies for admission to Ag Expo and the issuance and sale of passes may be revised at any time by the Washington County Agricultural Organization.

 

Exhibitor Barn Parking / Camper & RV Parking

Complete the appropriate form below and bring it by the Ag Expo & Fair Office from July 7 to July 22 during the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm to pick up your parking pass.

 

Parking for everyone is FREE.

You will only need a parking pass if:

  • You are an exhibitor and need to park in the "barn area".
  • You will be residing or bringing a camper or RV to the Ag Expo & Fair. All campers and RV’s will be assigned a registration number and a location for the week of the Fair.
