
Exhibitor Registration and Exhibit Submission
An exhibitor should log on to the above WEB site. The site contains a full copy of the Ag Expo & Fair Catalog. The exhibitor should explore the site and become familiar with the catalog and make notes of the exhibits that they want to enter. After deciding what entries the exhibitor is going to enter, go to the online registration system by clicking on the “Blue Ribbon Fair Management System” logo. After you enter the Blue Ribbon Fair Management System follow the instructions for registering and submitting your entries.
If you do not have a computer you may go to any public library and use their computer to register and submit entries. Also, the Washington County Extension Office has computers that are available by appointment for use by any exhibitor. Exhibitors who have dial-up internet connectivity and wish to submit a lot of entries may want use one of the above computer accesses.
If you need help with the on-line system you may call Bill Shelton at (301) 791-1404, who will be available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM during the period of June 23, 2008 through June 25, 2008 at the Washington County Extension Office. Also, during this time he will provide hands on help at the Washington County Extension Office. All 4-H/FFA exhibitors must use the internet to register and submit their entries.
Internet registrations and exhibit entries will be accepted until 4:00 PM June 25, 2008 at which time the system will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.
Only if an exhibitor cannot access a computer they may use the forms in the back of this catalog. The forms must be received in the Ag Expo Post Office box not later than June 20, 2008 at:

Read these important instructions before you start registering your entries.

1) Sign on to the internet and go to: http://www.agexpoandfair.org.
2) An exhibitor should make a list of all the entries you plan on registering.
3) Click on the “Blue Ribbon Fair Management System” logo to enter the registration system.
4) Follow the instruction on the Blue Ribbon Fair Management System.
5) Register all your personal data as required.
6) Register your entries – it is suggested that you use quick entry where you only have to enter the codes for the Department, Section and Class. This is faster than selecting from the drop down lists.
7) Before you sign off, make sure that all the data is correct. If you find that you need to add, correct or change any entries you can sign back on and make the adjustments.
8) The Washington County Agricultural Organization has paid a flat rate for the Martech Blue Ribbon Fair Management System. There will be no system charges to any registrant.
9) Exhibitors who incur any open class entry fees must remit the fees to the Washington County Agricultural Organization before their entries will be validated and accepted. Make and remit your payment to:
