Admission Policy to the Washington County Agricultural Organization Ag Expo and the Issuance and Selling of Passes
All passes will be designed and approved by the Washington County Agricultural Organization and issued thru the Treasurer’s office. There will be three (3) types of passes:
Special (no fee) passes for admission for the week of the Ag Expo
Special (no-fee) passes for a one-time admission to the Ag Expo
Weekly revenue passes for admission for the duration of the Ag Expo
Each 4-H exhibitor (regardless of the number of exhibits) is entitled to purchase two (2) weekly passes at $10.00 each. Additional weekly passes may be purchased at $20.00 each.
Each Open Class exhibitor (regardless of the number of exhibits) is entitled to purchase one (1) weekly pass at $10.00. Additional weekly passes may be purchased at $20.00.
All exhibitors may purchase the reduced price pass only if they actually display an exhibit. Pre-registration will not entitle an exhibitor to purchase a pass at the reduced rate. However, all exhibitors must be pre-registered and their name must appear on the registration list. Validation of the exhibit display is required before a pass may be purchased. Such validation will be explained when the exhibit is displayed.
Special free passes must have the following information on the Pass:
Name of Individual or organization it is issued.
Signed by the issuer
All special one-time passes will be collected at the gate when presented.
Individuals who pay to enter the Ag Expo and have to leave and return the same day must stop at the gate and receive a readmission validation. However, the readmission will only be valid during the period of time for which the admission was paid. For example if the individual entered during the period of time that the fee was $5.00 and leaves during that same time frame they must return while the fee is still $5.00. If the entry fee has increased for a special event and they return during the increased fee time, they must pay the increased fee. Each individual re-entering must have an individual validation.
Antique Auto Exhibitors
The driver and one passenger in the antique auto will be admitted free during the period one (1) hour before the show start time thru the ending show time. Any additional individuals in the antique auto will be required to pay the entry fee.
Tractor and Truck Pullers
All tractor and truck pullers will be charged the entry fee. When they register their pulling unit they receive a credit with the entry fee.
The above policies for admission to Ag Expo and the issuance and sale of passes may be revised at any time by the Washington County Agricultural Organization.
